Magic Mirror/Mirror Shield

How do these work in TLT? Do they always cast first like Foresight then work like a Thorn-type move for one turn only? Or do they cast based on SPD and are only functional on Felicity because the rest of the Epic Psychics are pathetically slow? Will it only reflect one attack or reflect two hits in Team Mode?

I had magic mirror for short time on my purr. It will work good only over felicity, cause it works with the spd. It reflects the double damage from what you got, but if you die the attack wont work.

What a waste of a skill. It should be designed.
