If you're using a mobile device, turn off your wifi, it should work then. However, the game does suck up data, unless your data is unlimited, watch how much time you spend on the game..hopefully they'll fix this issue soon

I posted this elsewhere but you can turn your wifi back on in game just log in without it minimize the game and the turn it back on in your setting on phone or ipad

Turning off my wi-fi results in a "Please connect to the network." message when I try to log in.
I would feel slightly less frustrated if Haypi would issue an announcement that they are trying to fix this problem. I expect I'm going to miss out on the New Year's to-do because I can only log in once or twice a day.

Haypi should say sorry about that! I can play with only 3g, not wifi. I try many times but the game cannot work with wifi and stuck at 80%.

I am becoming increasingly fed up with the lack of acknowledgement or action taken to resolve this issue. I have been unable to logon for about a week.. I've missed all the Christmas rewards. If they are listing New Years quest there is clearly someone at work who just is not resolving this log in issue. It's really disappointing to think how much money people spend on this game to just get ignored..

guys, please delete your game and re-download it, it works to me.

I feel extremely frustrated and disappointed that they have still failed to provide a solution or even acknowledgement of the issue.
Support please stop spending time on the activities and actually sort this bug out, as many players won't even be able to enjoy the benefits of the recent New Year activities until you do.
