Update 1.4 not on original?

So when I go to the App Store to download the new update, it isn't there. Only talks about the previous update in February. But I then notice another lost tower which seems exactly the same for whatever odd reason but it's called lost tower for venide. That app has the new update of which I can't get on the other game that I've been playing. Will the app receive the update soon? Or am I missing something? Whoever helps me understand what is going on..thank you

We are sorry to notice that Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower Version 1.4 remains unavailable for download, due to unknown reason from App Store. Therefore, we cannot update and enjoy the game right now.
