Hello my fellow players this is directed for the moderators i play the lost tower venide many of you know me as whit3fb6 now I have grown to love this game and many people in it I have spent tons of money I am almost VIP 9 a activity was recently placed with purchase treats if you spend 299.97 us$ you get a pampurred and all the treats below it sneopard superiority etc. the deadline to this activity was march 27 I purchased well over this amount expecting to recieve these rewards all I request is for haypi to respond and compensate me for the money I have spent not even a refund I want my rewards and more due to the inconvenience I purchased this amount on March 26th they said in 72hrs rewards will appear in reward center it is now the 29th I have my iTunes receipts and even the thank you letter you guys send for coins I want this matter resolved please and I'll gladly continue to support this game please my email is silv3rek9@yahoo.com

I am also waiting on purchase treats to arrive. I was expecting a pampurred and only received the snoepard even though I made sure to spend the amount required. I'm sure we are not the only ones experiencing this problem. As long as you kept your receipts with the time and date of purchase, you're safe.
