Rhor VS Neon and Pewgway VS Cygness

Just confuse which of them is the best to fit together

Neon over Rhor for me, it's better in all stats except for the speed. Each time I face Rhor when I'm using Neon like 90% of the times my neon wins because simply sts used with rhor won't kill neon from first time.
Pewgway over cygness, don't really have much to say but pewgway is a TANKING MACHINE!

Neon is better than Rhor (stats).
Cyg is way tankier and has a huge stats difference than Pew.
If you build Cyg correctly its almost IMPOSSIBLE to defeat it :3.
I have a Gold Cyg and it got me to top 20 in F5.

How is pewgway tanking machine

How can you catch Cyg to upgrade to Gold one?

Seafoam can be obtained at Stone Vault-5 expert cave (I think)
Cyg can be obtained at Canyon-13 expert cave

Personally I believe that Pewg is a better tank than cyg, its just the hp that cyg has the advantage. If they had the original adapta cyg like in HM1, then it'll be A LOT better. But in tlt, I'll say Pewg.
