Help me about epic monster ! :(

Sorry first for my bad english ! I am having only 2 epic monster ( boar and blaze ) , my lvl is 20 . But i see many people have 4 5 epic monster , i don't know why ? Am i so bad luck ??? I have never seen any epic scroll in floor 2 , is there any trick to get them ... Everyday i fight but they are so strong in pvp and ladder , 1 monster psy epic can defeat my 4 monster although their level is 18 19 ... I just can climb the floor everyday because i'm so weak ... And some more question in game
Is Team mode good ? I have never play team mode because i must spend 60 energy ... That is so much for me
How can they find so many ultimate runes ? Did they buy by gold ? I don't have many gold
Is 2v2 earn honor fastest ?

most people get their epic monsters from vip rank, but some are lucky in scroll and eggs too. ive gotten 2 scrolls and bought one with essence, and ive gotten 2 with egg cards

about the rune gems, you can get alot of rune gems by completing explore tasks

Some Epics can also be caught in caves on Floor 3, Not sure of what ones yet but I hear Meniss is in Volcano 10 expert cave. I also hear that when you seal your first Epic the success is 100%. I have not verified that but I have seen many say it in WC.

I can confirm that I sealed my first epic meniss on the first try.
