Support, please ban them?

Below are some SS I took when players are using foul language on the world chat. Support, please do something about them.

Honestly this is the wrong place to post this, most forums wouldn't tolerate naming and shaming but this forum is very lightly modded... Report them with the in-game feature, they will ignore this post.

Also I'll repeat what's already been said Block Them if it disturbs your gaming.

Im sorry for being lil rude, but dont you as support got better things to do insted rising posts a year old? I mean there is no sence in this actions
Rather login on game and monitor chat activity so you can take imidiate action when someone is rude and uses bad words.
