Did no receive coins. How to contact support?

So basically i bought a pile of coins i confirmed the purchase in itunes but when i re entered the game, the game said purchase failed. My username is FrozenFlux. How do i contact support to get my coins or refund?

Go to Menu -> Help -> Support and send them a message. They'll usually take a day to reply.

you can also contact mltsupport@haypi.com as an alternative method to get in touch with the Lost Tower supports. However please make sure NOT to send the same inquiry in-game and to support emailbox at the same time.
