My Coin :(

Guys I order coin 3 times and I have a lot of mistake about your game I didnt get any coin I purchased also 3 receipt you must check my account ASAP latest one I bought 99.99$ my bank already send me a SMS that I spent money to your game If this not fixed or I don't get any response from your guys I will stop spend money from your game anymore and I can say Im very disappointed now

Just wait, it hasn't been downloaded yet. So either your internet connection blows chips, or something is going wrong. Wait a day or two and if it still is not working, submit to bug report, not here, that way Haypi will actually look at it.

Contact support at mltsupport@haypi.com give them all the info. If they do not have a record of it contact itunesstoresupport@apple.com with same info. I had the same problem awhile back and itunes refunded my $$. then I could repurchase the item. For me itunes was quick and refund was within 28 hrs of original email..
