Mystery Talent Technician 2

Hi everybody,

I have a question about this mystery Talent.

My Flight has this Talent activated, and i was wondering what are the requirements to activate the Talent. It only worked once and I dont knwo why ^^. I tried to use ineffective skills or use skills with the power of 30 and it didn't work.
Does anybody know something about it?

The best move for Tech2 Flight is Frenzy. Get that and you'll be happy.

It will work only if you do very low damage on your opponent.

As JIMEEE said, it best works with frenzied attack , it works most of the times.
