Does level diff affect miss, crit and skill chances?

I missed 4 straight times fighting against a Lv 57 crusty. And the felicity (Lv 57 too)'s mind mending keep doing extra hits and crit on me. Wasted me many resurrection cards.
Was wondering if level difference does affect all the chances. Thanks

yes the biggest factor in miss rate is lvl difference, secondly weather (sandstorm snow)

It affects the miss rate but not the critical rate.
