BL HR expert level

Hi I'm just finishing chaotic swamp expert and want to finish the rest of the expert levels would anyone be kind enough to give me advice on what to expect and how to get through would be much appreciated thanx

I know that HR 8 (maybe 7) only allows you to use ice and grass mobs, take that into consideration.
