New player looking for a little advice =)

Hi there everyone, I just recently started playing this game only level 17 and still working on the second floor atm. I have a few questions about how to get a little more efficient with my energy every day as well as my team build.

My first question is, whats a good way to deal with boarbarians in ladder matches/ fortune race. My team currently is:

36, Ablaze, adaptability
32, Crusty, fortitude
33, shriek, Magic armor
31, Bloom, sun therapy

Second question i have is, Im working my way through the frozen caves atm and i have 77 monsters. Ive captured every single monster i have come across so far and have synthed all i could (except lambush and sally by accidentally d/e their scrolls) Do i just have to save up till i can get epic scrolls to reach the 85 monster collection total to move into the chaotic swamp? Or is there another way?

Enhance yr monsters that are rare and up with everything else. You also might want to change yr shrieks talent to accelerator cause he's anyway tanky in mdef. Also use monsters of rare and above as they give the best competitive edge

Only enhance epics, enhancing rares is a waste of resources honestly.

I have an S rank Shadow with the talent that makes it immune to Physical attacks making it pretty much invincible against Earth monsters who don't have any Magical skills which helped quit a bit early on, I think they gave most Physical type monsters an elemental move though, so not as useful as it once was in levels.

get psychoe or shadow only rares u sld even think of doing. and dont evolve blaze untill it's S
