How did the neon get thunder storm+2 no upgrade

How did the neon do it read,it's says neon uses thunderstorm +2

Well, I have noticed few times before too that in battle against other players, the monsters will display their medal status incorrectly. And it is always that the medal is not displayed at all for all 4 monsters.

This usually followed right after an program version update (at least the 3-4 times I seen are right after that).

Since it rarely happens, I never reported this.

Anyway, if you are are battling other players, then I am sure that monster is medaled (just not displayed). You can double check with that player.
