Certain skills need buff

Some skills are just simply underpowered or useless. It would be nice if the devs went through all the current skills and go over their uses in all scenarios.

Putting that in mind, please input feedback for devs so they can balance out some skills.

ex:Cleansing powder is pretty useless compared to memory wipe as it only removes debuffs while memory wipe does that and increases magical defense.
