Skill bar rearranging

At level 50 it would be nice if we could move our skills around on our skill bar. I would like to move the skills I use most to certain positions.

Agree, sometimes i have a weather skill on the left on a monster , and the other monster has the weather skill on the right , so I sometimes think the opposite and click without looking..
