Bad Scrout Report
This image of scout function on Large lvl 10 neutral sulfur mine shows lower than normal troop amount.
SS taken soon after game day turnover at 06:51 GMT on 18/08/14.
(Before update of 18/20/14)
I sent troops to occupy (approx. 30 min. marching) and upon arrival, oasis troop count was normal.
This happens/happened a lot.
