Lost An Abby...Haypi Please Fix Your Game

So I have 8 (silver) eggs. I open them and guess what? I packed Abby! But then my game crashed and i come back to see my Abby is missing. Please Haypi help me. Fix these crashes. I just lost an Abby

Wow haypi not giving Abby. I got an email and they replied saying I got another set of 8 monsters. They were from the eggs I got back after crashing and when I opened them I got them...

UPDATE: emailed haypi again but they said their backend servers show that I packed a set of 8 common/uncommon monsters. What happened is I pack Abby. Then my app crashed right after. Then I go on . Then I restart app because of the crash. Then I get the 8 eggs back, reopen them and get 8 common/uncommon monsters. So the 8 eggs show that I got the bad monsters and not Abby. How is this fair? I’ll update again if I get Abby or not. Thanks. Please support
