buying resources

I have noticed that even though we have coins my daughter and I cannot buy any resources. On the home screen we have the coins, but on the resource page we do not. Thank you for any and all help!

The resources page?

are you talking about in your mines?

Well you cant buy resources from that page, go on the main city overview, click on the bar at the top where it says all your resources, at the bottom (left i think) there is a buy resources button. click it.
You start a nuggets, but if you scroll up you can buy resources with coins. wood ect.

But make sure you have 20k space otherwise you will be wasting resources.

I have been buying resources here when needed but it just stopped all of a sudden.

1, restart the app by ensuring you remove it from multitasking and then restart it
2. reinstall the app
