Reverse build & alliance trade

Besides the limitations of being played on my iPhone this game is completely addicting... I'm sure there's many things people wish they could do I really only see need for two things to push this game to exceptional heights. The first would be being able to reverse build army to regain resource at a certain percentage of original costs. The second thing I would love to see would have to be being able to trade freely between allies at the expense of your human resource... This will help cut out low priced resources from the market and make them more profitable.
Anyone have any thoughts on these?

Alliance trading has been suggested many times, and shot down just as many times. It'd be much too easily abused. Sorry

I know ... I saw that befoe I posted but I feel it's needed as well but understand how it could possibly be abused... But also could be controlled

This will never ever ever ever ever ever(x6268458) be implemented as people with Many Alta could sell to themselves for minimum

2012 will happen before these features get implemented^^
