Map not showing true level

I'm now at level 5 but the map and the alliance member lists are still showing me at level 2. I can see myself as level 5 in the Main Building but since level 2 the servers don't seem to see me moving up. For example I am still allowed only 1 oasis so it seems my progress simply isn't registering on the servers. I've reinstalled the game a few times, restarted iphone as well but no change. This has been this way a few days now.

I'm using iphone 3G with the latest iOS.

The lvl 5 is your main building lvl not your title lvl. Your lvl 2.

Maxicat, have you upgraded your general title? To upgrade your general title, go to Tasks>Upgrade General Title> Get Rewards.

Thats not your actual level, thats the level of your building. In this case, its the level of your main building.

Your main building is for people output. To change your General Title you must complete the requirments for in the Tasks tab (prestige, treasures etc..)

once you do that it should fix your lvl.
