My friend got this game

I am trying to help him input my name as his referer. Because technically I did refer him. Yet he got NO field to enter someones name when he loaded up the app for the first time! Just that beggining book thing for newcomers! Where is that field to enter your referers name?

I invted à friend into this game. She got lvl 4 i received the 1000 pp bonus but at the archievement. Inv 4 ppl in this game i didnt popped up 25%. How is that possible?

Unfortunately I don't know much about the achievements due to the fact that I can't get game centre. But the Achievement is to refer 5 players to the game, So I'm not sure if it would update to 20% or just stay at 0...

it should update step by step, for example my senior referer achievement is 20% but so is my master referer so i must have refered 2 people who reached lvl 7 therefore the seniour referer task should be 40%,

How can i play with my friend?
He's in server52 but when i joint this game, my acc is in server58. So i couldn't contact with him. I've try to change server but this function is not working.
Does any one has the same problem?
