COINS!

I purchased 120 coins via a $9.99 pack on 3/2 approx 1:20 Server time, 5:00 PST... I bought it through PayPal. I did NOT receive the coins at all nor a confirmation letter through the game. I only received one in my person e-mail. I have tried to get it fixed in game, but the support help I have been getting has done nothing. I've given them all the info they requested... Here it is again if someone can fix it for ME!!!!!!!

Anything else you might need please actually contact me in game. I would really like to receive the coins in which i payed for. I have proof, I'm sick of waiting for "support in game" to do anything. It takes them 24+ hours just to respond, and it's been nothing useful yet. PLEASE GIVE ME MY COINS!

Of course I don't get any replied.why would I. This game and its support are terrible. Can I please gave my money back or my coins that I purchased....

There have been similar reports by a few other players. All I can say is support will definitely get your coins to you. It may take a while but they are working on it. Please be patient with them. They do a lot more than you think and are great it it.

and you need to remember that haypi has lots of people in the same situation as you. they have to have the proof, and they need lots of info. then they have to confirm it all with paypal, and then they can refund you. all of that takes time. be patient, and send them another email with ss of all of your receipts and your absence of coins.

they keep record of all coins that have ever been spent, so they can confirm that you havent spent coins.

If you really want a faster answer email them or message them in game.... It may not get viewed here or replyed too...

that is a good point, mostly the players run the forums and answer the questions, so you arent going to get looked at if you put this in the forums.
