App crashing

Hi I'm Bmoar11 from s52
My app crashes everytime I try to go to chat or do anything in the game, I have deleted the app redownloaded no effect as well as reset my iPod, it's very odd and has happened the past few days, my iPod and Haypi are all up to the most recent update, I have played Haypi a long time and never had this problem, any help would be appreciated greatly

The same thing happens to me.
Every so often about 6 times a day, whilst I'm in the chat the app just closes. And whenever I try to get back into the chat the app closes again. I can do other things on the game like hunt and attack, but trying to access the chat closes the app. This has been going on for about 2/3 days.

yes it is very irritating but i am sure that the next update will address all of the issues with the current version

What's the chance of developers saying "sorry about you losing your whole army because the game blacked out 3 minutes before you attacked an oasis. We would like to give you a bucket of gemstone for the inconvenience"?
This happenned to me tonight!
Last night it was only when I went to chat.
Now it's al the time and the game will only open for 3- 5 seconds
I think I will search for new games if this continues

they are real people with real lives support and the devs are trying to solve all the issues surroounding haypi. i am sorry that people will leave the game over bugs that will be fixed. it wont replace whhat you lost but troops caan be easily retrained

same server, same problem... seems only to happen with ipods... Please get it fixed.
Also my mailbox sometimes is extreamly slow. Like it takes 5mins to load. Then another 3 to see a specific letter.
I practically only play this game for the chat... If I wasn't running a good alliance then I would have quit a long time ago.....

the app works just fine for me.... so i dont have a solution for this one

There is the chance it could be a problem with your device. If the memory is nearly full or you are running too many apps, I think that could cause in-game problems. Since it sounds like its not just one person though, this is probably not the case.

I am on server 52 as well and its doing exactly the same thing as bmoar. Pls fix it soon!!!

This is a server glitch, I have consulted multiple other people on the server all suffering the same glitch. I am on three other servers and This does not occur. The chat crashing from what I have seen is S52 and is starting to effect people. Its a tad annoying when you send out a attack on a fort and your app crashes 9-11 times before you can get on and pause infantry. I know Haypi will address this in the next update but just wanted to point out this server glitch. Thanks Support.
