Don't play this game

II have been playing this game for months now an found there are way to may problem to count. From network problems to communication errors to unable to use you account causing incalculable amounts of stress, anger and Frustration if you have a heart problem defiantly stay away from this game. An example of this: " playing the game sending troops out and just as I would control them the game tells u there a network problem and by the the if ever I get back on ordnance and I lose most of my troops were I would have lost non.". But that's not all just trying to move troops and I'd lose network but hey you know paying for the most expensive Internet I expect this right? Wrong! These people are lazy crooks that shouldn't even call themselves Support. These are only a couple of the many problems you will have. Funny for spending over $80 on this game and still not getting any help any fixes even a little retribution you'll understand my grief.
You don't even know how frustrating it Is when You spend $80 to build up an army that's has takin 2 months to build up just for horrible servers and worse support mess it up. See the time it took for me to get back on this game someone higher up in the game came and wiped them all out see I always hunt cause it's smart but I was in the middle of thus when problems arose and some came along and wiped out ALL of them ;( . All I want is a little competence when it comes to people paying for a service. I put months into this game just for it to be wiped away by incompetent support.

Exactly what bluehair said. Haypi is not responisble for your internet connection problems.

I'm afraid also to point out that fact that bashing,moaning and getting stressed isn't going to help either haypi or yourself.

We all experiance Network problems and Communication errors... Not just you, it can be both Client and Server side so don't get to stressed at them.Yes they can be frequent but you just have to deal with it it is part of the game at the moment and it will be delt with

I pay for the most expensive internet i can buy, i still have problems with it just because you put more money into doesn't mean its going to fail at points

These people are lazy crooks that shouldn't even call themselves Support.

Support are not responsable for the game play they are for supporting you, through such things as solving bugs and sorting out power abuse problems or problems in general. It is the Haypi Teams job as a whole to help solve common bugs in the game. so please don't take it out on them.

as for Lazy Crooks? , most of the options that require payment in haypi are optional choices that are there to speed up your game play, such things as buying armor with coins rather than with money.

Also people like Tracy and Apple and Icy work hard to help solve problems that people have, there aren't alot of support and i'm sure they do there best to help all ~59 servers out.

I've spent over $150 on this game does that mean i should get help before you? and get better retribution for the problems I've faced?

Just because you have personally spent money doesn't mean that many others in the game haven't [some have spent up to $500..]

You faced a problem that many people face. This is a war game you are fighting other players that play at different times to you. These players may or may nor be more skilled than you but being wiped is a fact you have to face when playing haypi.

It isn't supports fault for you experiencing problems while playing the game so please don't just blame it on them...

Yes there are problems and yes most of us experience them so please don't rage to hard over them. Support do there best to make us happy and do a good job in most cases. Getting wiped by high levels is a fact of haypi and we all have to deal with that. Spending money doesn't make you any better than normal players and probably there are others who have spent more than you...

I know ppl who have payed 1000+$ on this game and got wiped and now it barely even does that error and there are 61 server And it's not their lazy its hard to solve problems that big

There are less than 61 servers counting the merged ones.
However Bluehair has basically summed everything up for you.
Please do not bash or defame the game and the support team.

I love this game but I'll admit they do their best to fix problems although if they had more staff it would go a little faster. I have payed money for this game to and you have to watch yourself how you do it. My army has gotten wiped out by starvation and other things. I've learned how to play this game and that is to send your troops hunting when you are not online so as to they do not get wiped out and to only attack people when you are online. This way you can keep your army intact.

Also you shouldn't bash support, yes they can be slow at times but they are not responceable for everything. They do what they have to, to make this game better so it has no bugs. I know you are angry and in disbelief of what has happend to you but you have to watch what you are doing. I feel sorry for you but support and the makeers are not responceable for everything. If you do like I do you won't lose your army. I have been made before as well as to why I lost my whole army once and it was do to me having low crops....I hate to say it but it's part of the game, I hope you understand this as I have come to.
