More Experts in Servers

I've seen some poor language in wc and no one on to stop it. Most of the experts are rarely on or on at the same time. I'm on daily and I've seen people say and do terrible things on wc so I believe we need more experts based on activity in game

i agree, but im sure haypi are doing everything to choose the right experts, id rather they took there time choosing good experts, (which they didnt do on my server) rather than choose one bad one

This voting system doesn't work. They need to look at chat, look at time spent on the game and pick ones that will be on lots. I've seen hours on end with no one to stop abusive chats

So have many people but there aren't enough hours in the day for support to do that, the system works fine, it's who they choose that is the problem and how they deal with there wrong choices when sufficient evidence has been sent to them

It's not fine. They can't control chat. Last night I was on for 5 hours and not an expert in sight.

Try letting your server's support know of this. You can do this by sending an inbox message to SupportX, X being your server number.

To mail your support person please go to general -> management -> contact support team. This is the proper way to contact them.
