Npc trade money never received

Hi support

On about the 24th of match I sold 8 enhancement stones to npc. After this, I received a trade report saying I received 16000 for the trade. I checked and I had not received it. I logged and out of app, still no 16000. I turned my phone on and off, still no 16000. I wrote a letter to support and received one back telling me to restart the app etc. Which I did again, and still no 16000. I waited a day and wrote again, and I wrote again another day, still with no reply. So now I am posting in the forum. Please return this 16000 like the trade report said it would.

Just be patient. Support is probably looking into it, but they have to have concrete proof on their end that there was a mistake before they will issue any kind of refund. They also probably have dozens of similar requests lined up before your's. The more emails you send them, the more time they will have to take away from tracking the problem down.

Its probably not what you wanted to hear, but it's just the way it is. Sorry.

I'm just really annoyed because I sold them because at the time there was something really cheap in te market at the time. So now I'm down 16000 plus my potential profit oh well I guess it's more of a waiting game!
