S101 WANTS A NEW SUPPORT

Hello, I'm Tofu from s101 and the server and I all agree that something needs to be changed with how Tracy runs support. Now even the creators and programmers of this game can admit that this game is not perfect, and that's why they decided to put a support system in, to help players in the game and to fix the mistakes that happen to the players because of the imperfections of this game. But out of the hundreds and hundreds of stories I have heard from people in the game, and from my own experiences, not one has concluded in a good experience where Tracy helped them out. She has a reputation in s101 of doing nothing. Everyday on world chat i see "Don't bother messaging support, she wont help you." Is that really how you want your gamers to feel?

Don't get me wrong, Tracy is a very nice lady, but we need a support who will
1. Care about the players
2. Be on more than 10 mins a day around Server reset time
3. Has a knowledge and understanding of the game and the mechanics of how it works. (So that its not like having to explain to someone who hasn't played the game what the problem is)
4. Takes the time to look into the problems instead of just giving the generic answer that we have all gotten.
5. and one that doesn't just stop messaging you back because she doesn't want to answer!

First of all...hiya tofu! Now you and I go a long way back so I hope you will trust me on the following. 
Tracy is very active and helpful. Alot happens behind the scenes as you can imagine. She is on daily going through reports from experts and players alike from breaking chat rules to handling glitches. I understand that sometimes it may look like a "generic response" but the fact is this, if you have a problem, others may have the same problem, requiring the same response. If you look at the forums regularly you will see "support101" online for hours. That's Tracy, reading the 100's+ letters and posts received a day. 
Tracy works very hard and doesn't deserve to be considered a slacker. She is very busy and spends hours on a day. 

Thank you Tracy for all your hard work. 

Tofu, if the topic of your post was "Tracy needs help" I would agree with you 100%

. They have lots to do tofu, lots of servers are out. I know you would have that much time. They do alot if work.

Ok doing a lot work and being online a lot are so much different than actually helping people. sure she may work a alot, but she hasn't really been what a "support" should be. Like i said. i have yet to hear a story of a time where tracy was helpful and did something for a player. People quit ALL THE TIME because of the lack of support haypi shows to its players.

Maybe your right. She just needs help. and I would love to see haypi give that a try. put another person on each support server. Because the support is one of the most important thing in a imperfect game. Its all about customer service

I had -200k money and support fixed it
That helped me a whole bunch
They help alot u may not know it but they do and more than u think

lol when was that? back in s4? i had that same problem and no one did anything. i lost a few forts after losing a city and i lost some 500k cause of it. they didnt even look into it. let alone dream of giving me my money back

Supports a joke all they do is bash people and laugh at you when you have a problem. Well that's if they don't just flat out ignore you

I remember clearly when they emailed lovez the password to all my accounts except this one. Then said I was probably only mad because I spent alot of money on those accounts

S29 was crashing and the user that was crashing the system said so in wc I took a ss of him and reported the issue right away to jodypody. But in the mean time everyones troops where starving as the server did an unless reset. When Jody was finally able to get on and mute the player 2hrs had passed and no one got their troops back support sent the generic feeding letter




Let's not for get the glitch that wiped me the slanderous cities and accounts on s101 about me. They never fixed any of them.

I guess now Tracey will bann this account now to since I complained she's good at that. Lovez you'll be next

Did u contact support? Did u ask how to fix it? Did u even try asking them till they responded? Most likely the mail got filled with letters saying "hi".


And please dont call support a joke because i doubt u can support as much servers as they can

Ive worked customer service my entire life and here's the thing-no matter how hard you try you can't please everyone. 
As far as stories of Tracy helping people, she has helped me more than once, so you can stop saying that now. 

As far as negative feedback on support that's just human nature. For instance if you are buying a new electronic you research it online before buying it. There is tons of posts about it performing poorly and few good comments...why is that?
Because when we are angry about something we voice our opinion on it so others will know that we are angry. On the other hand, if we are happy we sit back and enjoy it.  

I'll say it once again, great job Tracy and thank you for helping me and countless others.

Ofcourse I did dudeman we all know there was FUshwn cities and accounts all over s4 and the city shwnhas4stds which lead to my ban in September because I complain about it. They didn't like that I gave then the same responses back that they always gave me.
Tracey actually said sorry and she would get Icey to fix the problem right away and unbanned me. Today the STD city still exsist and they call me a liar that makes up stuff
