S101 WANTS A NEW SUPPORT

I work customer service my whole life to and not once has someone complained about me or the way I talk to them. Truth is I asked about the STD city the day it was created in July and it's still there how hard is it to rename a city it took 2 days for them to hand over my password to lovez

Yeah, The most recent problem I had was when I battled a player Bryanrules lvl 16 and im lvl 19. I caught his 8k,10k,0,17k army out and I had 1,17.5k,1,22.3k. I had the normal maxed speed with equipments, attributes, and tech, including a lvl 11 enhanced horse and a lvl 10 enhanced manual. His enhancements where lvl 5 horse and a lvl 6 manual. So i obviously have more speed than him but his cats still hit mine first. I was wiped. Tracy tells me i enhanced my equipment right after the battle or something when in all actuality if she took the time to actually look into the issue she would see that i had these enchanced weeks ago. Ive even had the experts of this server and of several more servers agree with me and try to bring this to tracy's attention. but they where shut down aswell. not only that tracy has completely stopped answering any letters i have sent. Now what do you do about a problem in a game that the own support wont even answer or pay any attention to you. if you like ill send you screen shots of all the proof

and cali you getting help from a support is a conflict of interest. you where an expert and worked for haypi for a very long time. any normal players they ignore

And remember that pvp alliance a while back? I do. And ur telling suppirt that they bash.
And for the city thing maybe they forgot, dont forget that we are all make mistakes now and then
And shwn that usually happens, no one has perfect connection.

Thanks for your suggestion and criticisim. If you think s101 needs a new support, please email kingdomsupport@haypi.com and apply for it. Report or complaint against any specific individual should be conducted privately and with more concrete evidence.

Sorry for letting you down and if you have any constructive criticism about me, you are more than welcome to write to me to file a complaint about to me to any other haypi staff.

As I am not on S101 I cannot speak for ingame, but I see Tracy all the time on the forums, helping out wherever she can.
