Huge Problem/Complaint

I created an account and was really excited to have this type of game on my iphone and android. The "invite friend" section never worked as I tried to invite everyone I know and no one received the email. So I began just having my friends download the app and figured they could just add me. Well im on server 67 and EVERY SINGLE FRIEND that I have gotten to download the app is on server 68. I emailed the support team but was given no help. So now I referred all of these people and cant even play with my friends.
I even tried to delete the app and create a new account hoping to get on server 68 and sacrificing all of the time I have spent working on my city. I was obviously, unsuccessful. I also found a switch server section under management but it doesnt work.
Long story short, I cant finish my refer task and cant play with my friends. PLEASE HELP!!!

You can finish the refer task you just needed to get your friends to put your username as the referer when they created there name.

For the time being, you won't be able to play with your friends. Maybe never, depends what the whole switch server button turns out to be, or until those servers merge together (months away)

yhh i got problem now, i got my mate to refer me as soon as he signed up, he completed task 4 but never got a task 5 and now he's 3rd baron and i still aint got my referal i message support and i have heard nothing off them and i have no chance of getting it now

well no cuz wen he goes on the map its got his name and lvl 4 in green but there is a orange flag in the left hand corner?

The orange flag means its his main city.

If he has a name (thats not ha_a) he has done task 5.

This happened to me too he most likely put in your name wrong(in task 5).

but he didnt cuz i was there wen he did it, he put my name on the sign up he did task 4 but no task 5 popped up but his name still shows and its same with my account i never got task 5, but we both got the same pone htc 7 windows live
