Transportation bug\glitch...it didn't work

I tried to transfer close the following amounts to my new found city today, but my resources never arrived.

1.account name: Valimorg
2. date (3/31/11)
3. What happened: Went to my first city (Valimorg), entered it. Then tapped on transport and selected close to the following values for resources to go to my other city (Valeing):
Crops: 2,300
Stone: 2,500
Lumber: 2,000
Iron: 3,500

4. Other circumstances: I clicked transport, and it said it was successful, but never received them at my other city.

5. Suggestions why it happened?: Not really sure, I've been getting communication errors more and more frequently. Though I didn't get one during the time I was trying to transport items

6. What you want: I just want my resources back

It takes a couple minutes for the resources to transfer. You can see how much time is left in the Actions tab.

Yeah thats what I read, but its been like 4 hours now

Oh, well then if you're sure they never got to your other city (ie you didn't build something without noticing), then I'd send a report with the details you have provided here to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Good luck!

You can view the transport by going to Action --> Transport.
Other things that might have happened:
1. Server killed them
2. Your warehouse was not large enough to hold all the resources.
If the transport at action is not there, and your resources have still not arrived, try relogging. If that does not work, contact support (stated above in Arythy's post)
