very true, because of the price of turrets its unlikely they will be destroyed for prestige but people may destry only 3 at a time in order to keep most of the strength of there wall and get the pp, i think it should either be an entire destruction of the whole wall or not at all if this is implemented
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

as a beginner i put down traps and just upgraded them because it takes much more money to get maxed turrets and shoot so traps are a much better deal for beginners but as i got to higher levels i started wanting turrets but my traps were already in place

if you have an alliance usually some one will help you out, just quit the alliance get tour friend to clear traps and then rejoin your old alliance

If I am commanding an army and attacking a player, how do I destroy their traps? Do I have to sacrifice troops? If so, how many are needed to destroy a single trap?

To kill traps you must walk your own troops over the traps. The best unit for this is Infs

This is how many troops a trap should kill at each level
Lvl : Attack : Inf/cavs/arc/cats
1:200: 1/1/1/1
2:2000: 13/4/16/4
3:4000: 27/8/32/9
4: 6000:40/12/48/13
5: 8000:53/16/64/18
6:10000:67/20/80/22
7:12000:80/24/96/27
8:14000:93/28/112/31
9:16000:107/32/128/36
10:18000:120/36/144/40

Well the good thing about having high lvl turrents is no one is messing with you and if your in a war then you can kill someone. Getting high lvled turrents just might get you more prestige than you think sometime :D

I apologise for drifting off-topic but please get back on topic- this thread is for discussing an option to self destruct your wall hence clearing all your defences without someone attacking you

They should let you pay resources (i.e. 1000 units of each resource times the level of turret or trap) to knock down a turret or trap 1 level, and you'd have to wait a period of time for the destruction as well (i.e. 1 hour times the level). So destroying your own level 10 turret or trap would cost around 55,000 of each resource (or more if they want) and take 55 hours
