Dedicated server for high level players

I would like to an option for all LVL 13 and above players to join an Elite Server. That way the alliances cant get so big that they dominate other players with farming and bullying. The amount of complains that I read on WC with people being farmed and attacked by the top 3 alliances is unbelievable. Whilst i understand this is the nature of the game, it is the nature which is spoiling the experience of playing for some weaker players. A dedicated server for these alliances from all servers to goto and battle amongst themselves would be a far superior idea.

What does everyone else think?

Wouldn't that mean all of the servers would be empty then? Cause everyone would leave to go to the 'elite' server.

I was thinking more along the lines of for example.

I am lvl 12, i upgrade my general to lvl13, a new task becomes available similar to the lvl 10 task to create another account on the new server, this task has no reward on it but gives the player the opportunity to move to this Elite server.

Surely a server with players who are equal in strength would provide a more stimulant gaming experience that repetative play on weaker players?

Im not sure how this would work as you obviously wouldnt be able to complete the task if you didnt move account but maybe a different solution could be placed?

surely this is just PVP but you keep your account and dont reset??
PVP is for the best players let them fight it out on that elite server

on the early servers like s101 and s102 are pretty much all lvl13 or up.. and if u have been active since the beginging of the servers u are lvl15 or so... for example i am lv 16 with 1.7mill and im only 700 ranked ish... so thus "elilte servers will be full very quickly

I like the idea but I also dislike it Noone has to leave their lower friends forcibly. But if I had a choice I would say that the top 500 in a pvp have the option to switch to the elite server and then spread everyone that wants to evenly between however many server they need and to make the server extreme you can cut about 30% of each oasis because if you want to be in a elite server your going to have to fight for everything

What happens when members of the elite server join another server because they got a new option at lvl 16? I'm sorry, but I'm totally against this idea of moving up server status

110% disagree. It would be nice for weaker players to not be bullied by the top alliance (Im on s64, the top alliance doesn't dictate). If they don't get bullied or farmed once or twice than how will they learn? Who will teach the new players to.. hunt troops when inactive, the number of cats needed to take a fort, etc. We should just keep the servers the way they are; why mess up something good? The new "Switch Server" button, expected to come out with the next update, this is highly unnecessary.
