Archers???

Hi,
Ive been searching through the forums and have found mixed reviews on archers and there use. I would please like your opinion.

archers are great if you have max techss but until then you should keep with cat inf army

Archers are great if you have a massive amount of them. I got hit by 470k of them once and I stood absolutely no chance against them.

as with all army types there are advantages and disadvantages to each time you just have to find whats bestt for you in the end

If you're a high level and have a full archer army, 470k would be possible. You'd just have to buy crops every few hours.

a pure arch army gets beaten by pure inf, pure cav AND pure cats.... dont know where the advantages are....

Don't know what you're smoking. Archers have higher speed than cats. With the correct ratio, cats can be wiped clean without them even getting to attack.

And no one uses "pure" armies of anything bubba.
