Haypi Bug

Hey, my names Krazyklown, I cannot get my haypi game to work. I can get on the app but all it shows is the background of the main screen. Can someone please help me? I really need haypi up for personal matters on my server, I have a lot of friends on s42 and a lot counted on me to do sometging today. Also alliance matters...
