Crop Consimption Bugged

Last night I divided my troops amongst my sub-cities. At that time they each had about -35,000 consumption. I ensured each city had at least 440,000 crops. This morning I wake to find that my troops had starved in one of my cities. The time lapsed was less than 8 hours. Unless I'm wrong 8x35,000=280,000 not 440,000. I lost 5,000 Cav and 5,000 Arch.

P.S. I used my Grandma's account (bring on the comments) to report this bug on here to avoid anyone from my account finding any details about me on these forums. If support would like to know which account please message me on these forums, also I would appreciate some form of reimbursement for this. The occurrence happened on S57.

someone could have cropped you. i would mail support privately and they will check the activity of your account over the period of time and tell you what happened

When you starve, the number of troops are killed just so that your crop consumption is just barely >= 0. So let's do this out: ( 5,000 x 4 ) + ( 5,000 x 2) = 30,000 ≠ 35,000

When you email them at kingdomsupport@haypi.com, include as much information as you can including screenshots if you have any. Keep in mind that they are probably busy with a lot of stuff and your request could take some time. Be patient.
