Perhaps the sum of the remainders of the individual products of tech % and attribute % is rounded down to 0 it is <= 1 and 1 if it is > 1?

it isnt rounded up or down.... just the map "shows" us its runded up/down....
if u go 100, or 300 fields away ull see the difference....

So my cats move 112 and not 113. Why would it "round down" if its a whole number?
