hah that would be fun it only takes coins to upgrade your resources past lvl 15. it requires no coins to upgrade your general title even above lvl 16

Hmmm thats weird people in our server have said so and have had to do it and also if you go contact support>general>what are the benefits.....> it highlights the lvl 16-20 in red

I don't really know how higlighting something in read means it costs coins...
I can assure you it doesn't cost coins to level up your general title 1-20. Players may wish to use coins on the treasures they need from 16+... Since it does take a long time for the market to have one or hunt one.
