Server frozen

I have been unable to access the game all day. It is flashing up a message saying, communicating, please try later. Surely with the money this game must be generating there should be some kind of way of alerting someone on call and fixing the issue.

Please check your connection, then try restarting the app. Then reinstalling the app

If you let us know what server you are on the problem could be fixed easier... some servers have more people and less bandwidth...
