How so? Someone with unlimited accounts has a way to change their UDID, not IP address.

I have no problem reading it. Sure mute is easy but the large number of players (mostly new ones) won't realize this option and i would not be able to interact with them. Im running 4G on ThunderBolt and never had any delay until spam started (though minimal)

I change my Ip all the time so IP ban is useless.
If this was the case then we would not have this problem in the first place.
I'm on a server where it's terrible with spammers and Support can only do so much. They just reset and start again.

Don't worry I know this guy and from what I have been told he will move on to the next sever soon

1) Could you please stop unnecessarily posting in green "It's difficult to read"?
2) Try reporting this player instead (or for you, muting him) rather than letting him resume his spamming on another server...

1: Um I can't see why (Pic, look down) is Hard to see but I'm very sorry And will not do it again.

2: Muting Him(Are her) Doesn't work he just comes back with a new acc

I talked to about 3 more experts about this and they all said the same thing "He will move on soon and theres nothing you are support can do" Now maybe they are wrong but the spaming is getting much better now...

This would be a good thing then the normal user would not be able to move on to another account or server and annoy others.
I'm not sure if it would affect these others though.

This is impossible. And there would be a way to avoid this.
IP ban don't do much, changing IP is pretty easy.
