You need a nugget and a gemstone for level 6. Try tapping 'general' and ensuring that your level is one less then the level you can reach in task... relog, reinstall, report in that order if none of them work.
That's level 7... 6500 prestige and gem&nugget

If that's the case it is most likely a bug, the server is experiencing technical problems or massive lag issues and faulty communication between the server and device. Haypi staff are the only ones who can help you now then...
