Chat sucks

I have 2 major problems, on s66 the chat crashes all the time, killing peoples armys, annoying the hell out of people, second of all, the leveling system isnt working at all, it wont let anyone lvl up, wtf? C'mon haypi, you have millions of players, please get off your behind and fix this.

If you think that this is a bug, try emailing it to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and they will do their best to fix the problem. For chat, simply report all the spammers (or let Experts mute them) and the game should be somewhat less laggy.

This usually has to do with the massive amounts of players that are on at certain time, if it doesn't stop after trying at a different time, then I would email as arythy said. Sorry for a semi redundant post.

Thee is a player ha_a3872839. Is it a bot in chat. Everytime someone goes to chat in world, they spam it with a bunch of mmmm,s it is really annoying, can't get alliances or chat to anyone. If this is being moderated, being that my emails to stupor are not getting answered. Maybe someone can look into it. They are a VIP account. Can't do anychat. Each is only after 5 mind. What is that crap? You have to spend coins inorder to chat in less than 5 mind per input. That's not a good way to encourage people to play your game.

Sorry about typos, its the auto in the phone. It doesn't understand what min stands for and corrected it to what it wanted to.

It's actually a 15 second limit I believe.
Definitely keep reporting this guy till its taken care of (no more than one report a day though I would say).
Also you can use (and its very recommended) the "edit" button in the lower right corner to fix typos.

It's kai :/ he has thousand of accounts on the server.

*sigh* I really don't get people like that...

Thought I would add that it's not the same ha_a that's always spamming, there's usually about 4 at once (just an estimate) that are spamming the chat. I THINK the ha's are VIPs but I am not entirely sure about that... I now have 9 ha's on my block list and there would probably be more if I went on that account more. It also increases lag maybe 14x or more
