Your best bet is to either contact your in-game support, or
kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Include as many details as you can including the username you bought with, the date you purchased, date you received coins, and anything else you can think of that would be useful.
And most of all, be patient, sometimes it takes a little while for a response.
