Server 77 Lag

I didn't write soon. And is anybody able to play? I logged on this morning and I was so laggy it took 45 seconds to bring back a hunt and a further 30+ seconds to re-hunt. That's not including the 50+ seconds of actually entering the actions tab on the harvest and re-hunt

I'm certainly not able to play. I try to train troops, and get a network connection error. I try to buy a coins worth of crop to avoid starving my troops, and I get timed out. I try to switch cities and get timed out.

Support eventually write back to me and they say

"there are so many players on this server , please understand it . anyway ,we'll take ations , thanks"

No, I do not understand it. The number of players shouldn't be any larger than any other server. They control the number of servers on any server anyway. There is something broken on S77 which someone needs to look at and fix, otherwise they are going to loose many paying customers.

A poor excuse and a very poor reply from support tbh.

As you say, something is clearly very broken on this server, it needs fixed NOW or a lot of people who are paying money for this game will be leaving.

There is often lag like this on new servers. I suggest that if you are trying to farm forts etc maybe you try at a different time when there maybe less people on. The lag has to do with the tremendous amount of people and there is nothing support staff will be able to do about it to help.

Sorry but unless you have an account on s77 you have no idea what people are talking about. This lag has got worse and worse all week and is now completely unplayable. At times you can''t even log into your account as the lag is so bad. I've just spent an hour trying to change city so I could move and hunt some troops......

I have been trying for approximately 13 hours now. In that time period I haven't tried to send my troops out for a battle, but do really really complicated things like switch cities. Pressing "Enter" means I wait for about 15 seconds, then get the "check your network connection", and I'm still in the main city.

This is not lag. This is a server which is unable to perform basic operations.

I sent a email via the in game general mgmt tab 3 days ago and have not even gotten a response. So, I came here and posted a comment several hours ago. Only response we get is "soon."

Still no word? There is a slight improvment today but still 7-8 seconds lag on any actions. Makes playing the game very frustrating

It almost looks like they are trying to discourage people from playing.

Well now the lag is way better...it has no lag to me. My mail is working...but the chat is down
