Screwed by Papaya Offers
I know this is a long message, but please bear with me. I'm having a really difficult time with the Papaya Offers through Super Rewards.
I have completed 4 offers that were advertised as being worth a total of 339 Haypi Coin.
I was actually only awarded 3 Haypi Coin. I am missing 336.
Before I explain the entire situation, I want to make three things clear:
1. TapJoy has never been a problem. Their rewards process properly.
2 I play Haypi on one and only one device - my Android Incredible. I only have 1 account in Haypi Kingdom.
3. Every offer that I am about to present to you was completed as instructed and Super Rewards provided me with a confirmation for each transaction stating that the offer completed and that Papaya Offers was notified and that Papaya Offers confirmed the receipt of the completion from Super Rewards.
Please do not insult me by suggesting that I may have not completed the offers. I will provide you with all of the transaction information including Click ID, Transaction ID, Date and Time of offer completion at the end of this email.
Here are the exact steps that I followed in order to access, select, and complete these 4 offers:
1. In Haypi Kingdom game I pressed 'shop'
2. Then I pressed earn free coins'
3. Then I pressed 'Payapa'
4. Then I pressed the middle tab at the top of the screen called 'Super Reward Offers'
5. I selected the offer, completed all steps and quickly got an award letter for each of the 4 completed offers delivered to me in Haypi Kingdom.
EACH LETTER HAD THE WRONG COIN AMOUNT

I sent an email to Papaya Offers, as suggested by Super Rewards explaining what I just described to you and this is the reply I received:

SERIOUSLY? What the heck does that reply even mean?
I immediately sent a reply asking what 'home-me-profile phone' means, and to please explain so that I can provide the information.
In the last 24 hours I have not received any response.
OK - This was a really long email. I have told you everything that I know about the situation, have secured confirmation from Super Rewards that all offers were properly completed, and have attempted to contact Papaya Offers with no result.
Chris the admin on 76 is aware of this - I have sent him messages as well with no result.
Please look into this situation. The Netflix offer, in particular, is what I'm most concerned about. I would not have signed up for Netflix if it weren't for the 313 coin offer as a bonus to have fun in Haypi Kingdom. I love the game and want to continue playing it.
Not only did I not get the coins, but now I'm not a new customer at Netflix so I can't do the Netflix offer through tapjoy!
However, I also am not willing to be misled or deceived into using my credit card online for offers that do not deliver as advertised. In fact, I'm more than willing to take things to another level if we cannot resolve this in a timely fashion.
Super Rewards and Payapa are accessed through Haypi Kingdom, and therefore are endorsed by your company. I would think it would be in your benefit to be certain that these companies are ethical and legitimate.
Thank you for your time, and again I apologize for the length of this email but I feel it was necessary to describe everything in great detail so that the problem can be located quickly and resolved.
