Screwed by Papaya Offers

Hi,

I know this is a long message, but please bear with me. I'm having a really difficult time with the Papaya Offers through Super Rewards.

I have completed 4 offers that were advertised as being worth a total of 339 Haypi Coin.

I was actually only awarded 3 Haypi Coin. I am missing 336.

Before I explain the entire situation, I want to make three things clear:

1. TapJoy has never been a problem. Their rewards process properly.

2 I play Haypi on one and only one device - my Android Incredible. I only have 1 account in Haypi Kingdom.

3. Every offer that I am about to present to you was completed as instructed and Super Rewards provided me with a confirmation for each transaction stating that the offer completed and that Papaya Offers was notified and that Papaya Offers confirmed the receipt of the completion from Super Rewards.

Please do not insult me by suggesting that I may have not completed the offers. I will provide you with all of the transaction information including Click ID, Transaction ID, Date and Time of offer completion at the end of this email.

Here are the exact steps that I followed in order to access, select, and complete these 4 offers:

1. In Haypi Kingdom game I pressed 'shop'
2. Then I pressed earn free coins'
3. Then I pressed 'Payapa'
4. Then I pressed the middle tab at the top of the screen called 'Super Reward Offers'
5. I selected the offer, completed all steps and quickly got an award letter for each of the 4 completed offers delivered to me in Haypi Kingdom.
EACH LETTER HAD THE WRONG COIN AMOUNT

Here are the offers, including Click ID, Transaction ID, and offer completion/award date.

Click ID: 661457770

I got an award letter in Haypi Kingdom with 3 Haypi coins.

The offer VERY CLEARLY said I would get 313 Haypi Coin.

Super Rewards sent me this email:

The id of your transaction is #142691364.

The points you're inquiring about have already been awarded and confirmed by Papaya Offers as received.

The points were sent to your user account on Papaya Offers at May 11, 2011, 9:11 PM CDT.

If you feel that you've not received these points, please contact Papaya Offers for assistance.

I sent an email to Papaya Offers, as suggested by Super Rewards explaining what I just described to you and this is the reply I received:

SERIOUSLY? What the heck does that reply even mean?

I immediately sent a reply asking what 'home-me-profile phone' means, and to please explain so that I can provide the information.

In the last 24 hours I have not received any response.

OK - This was a really long email. I have told you everything that I know about the situation, have secured confirmation from Super Rewards that all offers were properly completed, and have attempted to contact Papaya Offers with no result.

Chris the admin on 76 is aware of this - I have sent him messages as well with no result.

Please look into this situation. The Netflix offer, in particular, is what I'm most concerned about. I would not have signed up for Netflix if it weren't for the 313 coin offer as a bonus to have fun in Haypi Kingdom. I love the game and want to continue playing it.

Not only did I not get the coins, but now I'm not a new customer at Netflix so I can't do the Netflix offer through tapjoy!

However, I also am not willing to be misled or deceived into using my credit card online for offers that do not deliver as advertised. In fact, I'm more than willing to take things to another level if we cannot resolve this in a timely fashion.

Super Rewards and Payapa are accessed through Haypi Kingdom, and therefore are endorsed by your company. I would think it would be in your benefit to be certain that these companies are ethical and legitimate.

Thank you for your time, and again I apologize for the length of this email but I feel it was necessary to describe everything in great detail so that the problem can be located quickly and resolved.

I'm not going to let this go until there's some sort of resolution.

Also looks like papaya offers no longer accessible in the game.

Wonder why that is?

please use the edit button, from what i can see it would appear that the 313 coins offered by papaya was a display error by them, haypi has absolutely nothing to do with these problems. you recieve the letter and coins when a confirmation comes through from tapjoy meaning that it is actually tapjoy that has the problem.

Well the reason I posted here is because I'm getting the same kind of answer from everyone.. Haypi, super rewards, papaya, tapjoy all saying its someone else's problem.

Pretty rainbow customer service all around so far.

Hoping for some kind of resolution in the next couple days or ill take it to another level.

i can tell you that it is not a haypi issue as all offers are externally sourced to tapjoy. i am sorry that there appears to be poor customer services here but i can see no way that this is a haypi issue as it is run by tapjoy.
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

I see it as a Haypi issue because Haypi provided the link to the offers which are supposed to result in Haypi currency.

It's like if I went to a store to complain that the milk I just bought is rotten, and the store tells me sorry, go talk to the cows who made it .. its not our problem.

Sound familiar?

but haypi dont provide the links. tapjoy provides the links. as soon as you click "earn free coins" you are in Tapjoys land. they run all of that.
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

I understand, was really hoping that Haypi would be willing to do something to help me out - like provide award info or something.

We'll see what happens. Finally got a reply for tapjoy asking for more info.

im sure if you mail support they may check the logs but all the "award" mails are autogenerated according to tapjoy i suspect. i hope you get your reply soon
