Expert Inactivity

I've noticed on s102 there haven't been a lot of experts on wc and other things keeping it clean. Now I'm pretty active and noticed it when me and my friends were on wc. Just want more active experts.

Have you lettered support about this? Also I'm sure there is a section of the expert/moderator subforum about this isn't there? Might be of more use to post this in there but I hope that this is cleared up quickly.

Oh yeah, experts can log in with months of being inactive and still have their expert... Whatever, nothings been done about it so far

I doubt they will add new ones, but you never know

At least you can have an expert to check in once in a while cause some servers don't even have one expert active or not...

Experts and Support do their best to ensure coverage and problem solving on every server, due to the hard task of making experts, this can be an issue and timely.

Just because there are not chatting in wc doesn't mean they arent online or lurking, I know that Erraven, wx and bre are always online, I see Shar on WC all the time.

It's about quality... I havn't logged in because i'm busy IRL - for nearly 2 months. Does this mean I should be removed?
I contacted support explaining my situation. There is usually a perfectly good explanation as to why an expert hasn't been active.
Along with this... I usually see complaints about an expert benefitting despite not moderating. How do you know this? Do you see them logging in - upgrading + collecting their coins? I highly doubt it... an inactive expert is not benefitting.

From this thread your talking about WC and how there are no experts online. Your simplist soloution is to contact support - you guys have great experts and honestly don't need new ones.

When things like this happen - and players feel we need more - more corruption is brought into the system because all of the good eggs have been picked... - which has happened before. There's no denying it. The best YOU can do as a player is to take screen shots and send them to support via: Kingdomsupport@haypi.com

I know someone who was picked as an expert and almost immediately went inactive, he was removed pretty quickly too so it does show support is doing something ;)
Edit: It was clear he was inactive as well.
