Can't log on a account

If it was hacked then most prob had the pw changed mail support and await there response.

If you try and log in and it says 'error: timeout' then verify you are connected to internet and logged in safari (some wi-fi requires you to log in safari)
If it says 'error: wrong password' then go to the main haypi screen where 'start game', 'my account' and 'visit haypi.com' are listed, tap 'my account' and tap 'recover password'. Enter either your email you signed up with or your username and an email will be sent to the email you used to sign up with.

He's/she's probably on server 77

That could explain it... server 77/78 tend to lag a bit... well... somewhat.... well.. a lot.
