I can't log in correctly

I can't log in correctly. Nothing loads. I'm lucky to get to this. Could someone tell me how to fix this??

This is a new problem that has arisen much in newer servers; Support is working on fixing this, but in the meantime all you can do is wait for it to load, and if it doesn't, restart the app.

I have found if you log in and just wait, it takes maybe 20 seconds to load everything, try that, then relog if that doesn't work, then reinstall

As in you have 0 prestige, no skill/attribute points, no treasure, and no favorite coords? If so just try restarting the app, multiple times if needed, and hope the 3.0 update fixes it

I've had this experience only on S77 - It takes 20 seconds to 2 minutes for everything to load initially, then 10-20 seconds for every other individual thing. This includes loading the map, hunting, calling back troops, everything. It's really annoying...

Happened to me on server 78 when Kai and his friends were spamming world chat. I quit that server already...
but that was why there was massive lag; spam in world chat o.O
