Post your battle strategies her so that you can all compare urs with other and try to come up with the perfect strategy.

Mine is a cat-cav-inf army more of a defensive player defend with high cavs count and attack with high cats and inf. Works for me 

haha good luck getting people to post strategies but ill get the ball rolling too, i like inf, cats, cav armies too. cavs provide useful for farming inactives and cats and inf for battling mainly.

If your talking about beating another alliance or player to the point that they want no more, I have never been involved in a 'battle' where much army actually mattered, the general strategy is ;

catch your opponent off-line.

Cav/arch are good armies for attacks you don't really want to teleport to, or attacks you are teleporting to but they are online so you want to cut the attack time in half

If time was not a factor, I would use cats, but since it is I go with arch (though I usually carry an extra 10k cats for any bigger battles)

I personally use a cat/inf army with 1 cavalry and 1 archer as blockers because:
~ Good for defending against mono cav armies with the blockers
~ Easily beats archers if commanded right
~ Easy to destroy turrets without losses
~ Least prestige loss when destroying traps
~ Extremely easy to control
~ When facing archers/cavs the cavs can be blocked for a couple rounds and the archers will do minimal damage
Although that's just my opinion, I know there are many professionals that use arch/cav or cat/cav
